Tight chest muscles? Here’s a way to assess and correct if necessary.

Tight chest muscles are pretty common, but often missed. πŸ‘Ž

The pec muscles (in the front of the chest) get shortened from long hours on the computer or driving with shoulders rounded forwards. πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»πŸŽ

Because they pull the shoulders forward, they can actually lead to pain in the upper back and shoulder muscles as they strain to pull the shoulders back into place. πŸ’₯

Sometimes, it isn’t until we try to stretch them that we realize how tight they really are. 😯

This is a quick and easy way to not only assess how tight they are, but also stretch them out. βœ…βœ…

Let me know how it goes! πŸ—£πŸ’¬
