Dealing with low back stiffness? Tension? Tenderness? Check this out!
Low back stiffness usually leads to loss of mobility – and thats when injuries can start to surface.
One way to address this is to tape 2 lacrosse balls together so that they look like a barbell.
While laying on this ‘tool’:
1️⃣ place your lumbar spine between the two balls
2️⃣ put your feet on the floor with your knees bent
3️⃣ let your knees rotate slowly to one side, then the other
Once you feel the target area 🎯 start to loosen up, move to the next spinal segment and repeat.

P.S. if lacrosse balls are too hard, try tennis balls instead!
