Are your butt muscles turning into pancakes?
Excessive sitting can damage your butt muscles, causing them to weaken and develop scar tissue over time.
With weak bum muscles, your low back muscles have to pick up the slack, leading to this over time:
Weak butt muscles = Sore low back
Strengthening your bum muscles (i.e. weighted hip thrusts, deadlifts etc.) is an important step – but sometimes these muscles need TLC first.
Spend some time working on them using this strategy and see if you notice any difference walking. 🚶♀️
P.S. You could also do something similar using a foam roller, too!
