When you sit at a computer all day with your shoulders rounded forwards, it can overstretch the muscles in the back of your shoulders (your external rotators), jeopardizing their strength and leading to stiffness and pain.
This strategy can help to get these muscles moving again and make your shoulders happy.
1️⃣ Spend 2-3 minutes on each tender point.
