I don’t know about you, but sometimes I find that my hips get tight from sitting for long periods of time.
Here is a quick and easy way to help stretch out one of the big culprits I find tightening up after doing a bunch of computer work – the Piriformis muscle.
In this video, I demonstrate how to stretch it while sitting in a chair.
But, you can also get a good stretch while laying down on your back and pulling your knee towards your chest – which is often helpful for people with knees issues or if you can’t cross your ankle over your opposite knee.
Keep those hips happy! 💃🕺
P.S. I have been getting great feedback from viewers – I am happy to hear that these videos are helping people out! If there is anything in particular you would like to see, let me know!
