Here is a quick and easy way to help stretch out one of the big culprits I find tightening up after doing a bunch of computer work – the Piriformis muscle.

In this video, I demonstrate how to stretch it while sitting in a chair.
But, you can also get a good stretch while laying down on your back and pulling your knee towards your chest – which is often helpful for people with knees issues or if you can’t cross your ankle over your opposite knee.
